The performance of West Indies was slightly better with the
bat, but as usual their bowling was not up to the mark. The new ball bowlers
did give early breakthroughs, but as the match progressed, the positive intent
lacked hugely and a lackluster attitude intervened. They leaked plenty of runs
as Pakistan posted a huge total.
The Caribbean batsmen showed composure, but the acceleration
was absent and thus, suffered another defeat.
Babar Azam smashed yet another hundred and proved his worth.
His form proves why he is regarded so highly by the critics.
