Neymar blasts Dunga - It was needed

Neymar had hit out at Brazil coach Carlos Dunga after being benched for Brazil's victory against Costa Rica. My gut feeling says that, Carlos Dunga has never been a fan of the pool of talents which burst into the scene during the 2010-11 season: Neymar, Pato, Ganso, Thiago Silva, Oscar, Lucas Moura etc.

I still remember how one of my Brazilian friends once praised these players  during that time. If you closely observe then you will notice that Dunga always tries to ignore the above mentioned names. He has sidetracked Ganso long time back, Pato is ignored despite being in tremendous form, he tries to utilize Oscar as a defensive midfielder at times and backs Willian too much while his attitude towards Lucas Moura and Thiago Silva has not been chummy.

He can't sidetrack Neymar as because Neymar is an extraordinary talent and has a strong support from the fans and even if he does try to dent Neymar, Dunga's reign will meet a pathetic end and I think Dunga's reign must come to an end. I am happy that Neymar blasted Dunga. It was much needed and Dunga deserves more of such responses because of his pathetic tactics and team selection.

I though that Dunga will change during his second regime, but sadly, a dog’s tail will never be straightened.

As a loyal supporter of the Seleção it's pretty tough for me to accept the wastage of talents.

Thank You
