Sri Lanka v West Indies, 1st test, Day 4 - Herath crushes the West Indies

Jermaine Blackwood, the aggressive batsman from Jamaica, scripted  a fighting 92, but it lacked the support from the other end to transform into a fairy tale knock. Hardly any of the Caribbean batsmen showed the nag to stay at the wicket as they ended up the ghost cheaply.

Rangana Herath grabbed a ten-wicket haul and three of Herath's five ten-wicket hauls have now come in Galle. Herath attacked the stumps relentlessly and this ploy made life difficult for the Caribbean batters. Herath's patience and intent even at this age is praiseworthy.
